The volunteer will pick up bread from Natales Bakery, at 185 Broad Street in Summit. Tell them you are there for the bread for GRACE.
Leave room in your car for 15-20 large bags of bread, then drop off the donation at the GRACE distribution center. GRACE distribution is now at The Summit Community Center at 100 Morris Ave in Summit.
We need 1 volunteer every Wednesday at 8:30am to complete this opportunity.
Note that this opportunity requires a vehicle/driver to transport food, but you are always welcome to bring your child(ren) along to help with pickup and drop off.

Many hands make light work and GRACE needs YOUR help to assist families in need in our community. There are many opportunities for you to help. Thursday mornings we unload the truck from the Community Food Bank, bag produce, and prepare for distribution. We need several volunteers to drive their vehicles to addresses in Summit to deliver groceries to people who can't make it to distribution. Distribution (handing out groceries to people in the community who come to GRACE) is on Thursdays. There are also opportunities to pick up bread and bagel donations, and collect donations during the week.
